The event was postponed to allow more time to add a more interactive and dynamic agenda of speakers and activities.

The decision to postpone was made as soon as we identified the agenda and speakers needed to be more robust to deliver the program you deserve and expect from Dr. V.

Yes we prefer this as we look forward to seeing you this summer. Feb 21-23 ticket registrations will be honored. 

Our goal is to finalize and announce our new dates by 15 February, 2020. We anticipate the new event to be held this summer.

Please contact Caesar's Reservation Center at (866) 227-5944. Please note that upon booking your reservation, your credit card was charged a deposit equal to the first night's room and tax. To avoid forfeiture of deposit, please ensure you cancel your room immediately. You should receive a cancelation email. Please retain this cancelation email for your records.

Requests for refunds must be made via email to [email protected] and must be requested no later than next Friday, 30 January 2020.

Refunds will be issued via the same credit card used to initially register for the event.
